haha, many things have kept me from santo's unfortunately! I know I haven't been out since that landbridge ride, but don't think you guys can get rid of me that easy! Just a few things keep popping up that are more important. I should be back out in a weekend or two! I'm itching to ride!

hey Kyle, don't let Joey razz you about not coming back for a period of time after a ride (no matter what the excuse), hell he didn't come back for over a year after the first couple of rides i took him out on, ROTFLMAO

(aint that right Joey)

Hey guys! Just wanted to see how everyones been!? Its been foooorever since I've been out there and I miss it terribly. My old bike never turned up in any pawn shops or anything so I'm still riding a wal-mart special right now lol. I keep thinking I'll have money to put toward a new dual suspension but it never happens. Thinking about just getting a 29er. Something like a giant talon. Soon enough! If I don't get one soon I'll at least have to come out and rent one from Dano and Jessica once its a little cooler out.

Anyway, let me know how everyones been. I'm sure you have numerous crash stories for me joey! ;)

-Kyle

oh wow! You'll have to tell me about that one! Glad your still riding after a get off like that!

Thanks for the offer man! I'll definitely take you up on that. I plan on renting a few from Dano and Jessica and decide what I want to buy. My goal is to be back at it by the fat tire fest, if not much sooner! :2thumbsup

One bike I'm looking pretty hard at is the Giant Talon 29er. Seems to be the best budget 29er you can get your hands on...and my budget is cheap :-D

Joey, I think I'm going to convince a couple friends to come out and ride one weekend. I'll give you a heads up! Might even rent a couple bikes and ride with the wife sunday.

Rode. '12 specialized hardrock disc today. Not too shabby. Clermont bicycle has it for $580 (msrp) but they only have the black and yellow in stock, which is the least desirable of all the color schemes this year IMO. Any thoughts?

Ok, well there are way too many good options out there and I'm entirely too indecisive. So I'm seeking help!

After much debating and waiting for some spare funds to come around, I finally have another bike! Its no 2k F/S, but it will do!

Motobecane 600HT. Some assembly required ;) I'll be letting greenway work their magic fine tuning it before I hit the trails. Look forward to riding santos again! hope to see you on the trails! :smt023

Picked up my bike from Greenway bikes yesterday and I love it! I guess the real test will be after a long day in the trails, but it felt great riding around the trailhead skills area! probably going to do a little riding in the Ross Prarrie area this afternoon. Told you I'd have a bike by the fat tire fest! just no ticket :poster_Oops
